Ashy Bines closes Baseline business
Gold Coast fitness mogul Ashy Bines is closing her activewear Baseline Active business just months after being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm
The Gold Coast mother-of-two told her Instagram followers that Baseline Active would close after four years in business, while the company’s website is advertising a Closing Down sale.
"This chapter is closing and a part of me is definitely sad and will miss aspects of this beautiful brand, but all of me knows this is the right choice for my health, well-being and next chapter," she said
"Honestly, I feel there is no words I can say to fully express my gratitude to all of you who have supported me through my journey of TONED to BASELINE and all the fun, adventures, events and collections we have brought to life.
”It’s never got old walking into a gym, going for a walk or being at the park and seeing other women wear my brand, THANKYOU for making this dream come true and being a part of it.
“We have sent out over 500 000 orders of active wear, which is INSANE and something I’m so proud of!
Earlier this year Bines was diagnosed with a small aneurysm, which led her to be admitted to a hospital.
“It’s been such a ride this past few months and my health scare made me re-evaluate everything However, I’m so grateful as I’ve learned so much about myself, about business, what I enjoy, my strengths and weaknesses and overall what I value in my life,” she said.
