Brisbane man wins Burleigh mansion
A Brisbane man has started the New Year in style, winning a $13 million dream home at Burleigh Heads.
The man, publicly known as “Andrew”, was the lucky winner of Dream Home Art Union Draw 429.
“I got my first tickets from a friend as a birthday gift, and I loved the prize so much that I bought more,’’ he said.
“I even drove down to Burleigh to look at the house from the beach.”
The winner was left speechless when the competition organisers rang him with the news that he is now the owner of the breathtaking Burleigh Beach mansion known as ‘Dune.’
The three-storey Dune at 30 Mount Street, Burleigh Heads, is a sculptural masterpiece that features panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is designed to take full advantage of the indoor-outdoor lifestyle the Queenslanders love.
