Teen Crime Spree Ends in Oxenford Crash: Four Boys Arrested After Early Morning Incident
Police have arrested four boys after a stolen vehicle crashed with another vehicle at Oxenford.
Around 1.40am this morning (August 28) the four teens were involved in an attempted burglary at a house at Maudsland.
The resident disturbed the offenders who fled in the stolen Nissan Patrol.
Shortly afterwards, the Nissan Patrol was involved in a collision with a Kia Stinger at Kopps Road at Maudsland.
A dog squad officer attended the scene of the crash and took all four teens incustody at gunpoint.
Two 16-year-old boys and two other boys aged 14 and 15 were arrested and are being questioned by police.
The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured.
Police investigations indicate the Nissan Patrol was stolen from Masthead Drive in Cleveland on August 26.

A 15-year-old male from Caboolture has been charged with unlicenced driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, attempt to enter dwelling at night, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of weapon and property suspected stolen.
A 16-year-old boy from Logan Central has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of weapon and property suspected stolen.
A 16-year-old boy from Logan Reserve has been charged with attempt to enter dwelling at night, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of weapon and property suspected stolen.
