Gold Coast Survivor prepares for battle
Reality television fan favourite Shonee Bowtell, who now calls Gold Coast home, is returning to the small screen this week in her fourth series of Survivor.
Shonee is representing Australia as well as playing for herself when Survivor: Australia V the World, premieres on Sunday on Network 10.
The bubbly blonde who has a strong following on social media, holds the record for having played the most days on Australian Survivor.
“Fourth time putting on my buff, my game is going to be a little different,’’ Shonee said.
“It’s going to be short and sharp so I’m going to play a new way.
“I don’t really need a number one BFF ally like I have the other times.
“I’m planning on being more fluid and less tunnel vision – except when it comes to getting revenge on George.”
Shonee said leaving behind her baby would be the hardest thing about competing but it was too big of an opportunity to miss.
“I’ve got my red dress on, my platforms and I’m ready to try my best,’’ she said.
“This is going to be the most insane showdown ever, it’s the Olympics of Survivor.”
