Home values hurt as floods worsen
Climate pollution is driving worsening floods that are hurting the value of Australian homes according to a report from property data firm PropTrack and the Climate Council.
The report analysed more than two decades of property data and found homes in flood zones are collectively worth about $42.2 billion less due to the risk of floods.
