Olympic Performance Science lands on Gold Coast
Olympic sports science meets business leadership at Gold Coast summit alongside T100 Triathlon.
What’s happening?
Break Records, Even When You’re Down, known as BREWYD, will host the High-Performance in Business Summit, Bike to Boardroom, on March 20, 2026, on the Gold Coast.
The summit is delivered in partnership with the T100 Triathlon World Tour Gold Coast event.
It will bring together business executives and elite athletes to examine how Olympic-level performance principles can strengthen leadership and organisational results.
“We’ve spent years proving that the methodologies used to develop world-class athletes are directly applicable to building high-performing business leaders and teams,” said Jasmine Savage, CEO of BREWYD.
“This summit demonstrates that connection in real-time, with the world’s best triathletes competing alongside business leaders committed to their own performance excellence.”
Why it matters
BREWYD has introduced a different approach to athlete funding.
Instead of traditional sponsorship, the company reinvests part of its corporate consulting revenue into athlete pathway programs.
“We’re disrupting the traditional sponsorship model by making organisations active participants in athlete development, not just logo placements,” Savage said.
“The same revenue that transforms executive performance funds the next generation of Olympic athletes.”
Australian triathlete Luke Willian was fully funded through BREWYD’s pathway program before qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
His pathway reflects how corporate consulting revenue is linked to elite sport outcomes.
“Every athlete knows you can’t fake performance - the stopwatch doesn’t lie,” Savage said.
“We bring that same rigorous, measurable approach to business leadership development. Our clients see documented improvements in retention, engagement, and business results - and they see their investment producing Olympians.”
By the numbers
The T100 Triathlon World Tour races are contested over 100km, made up of a 2km swim, 80km bike ride and 18km run.
The T100 series is broadcast live in more than 195 territories through a global broadcast partnership.
The 2026 T100 Race To Qatar will span nine international stops, forming a season-long World Championship-level schedule.
Zoom in
The summit program will feature evidence-based performance frameworks drawn from elite sports science.
Executives will hear from world-class coaches, including Australian triathlon specialists.
The agenda includes practical leadership methodologies designed to build permanent organisational capability.
Real-world case studies will demonstrate measurable business transformation.
BREWYD will also present its Executive Athlete Protocol, a proprietary system integrating peak performance across health, family and business.
The summit will highlight how corporate investment contributes directly to athlete pathway programs.
Zoom out
The T100 Triathlon World Tour was introduced in January 2024.
It is designated by World Triathlon as the official World Championship for long-distance triathlon.
The 2026 tour will include stops on the Gold Coast, in Singapore, Spain, San Francisco, Vancouver, the French Riviera, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
T100 weekends are positioned as festivals of multisport, offering opportunities for amateur athletes at different levels.
Local impact
The Gold Coast will host both the leadership summit and a World Championship-level triathlon event in the same period.
This brings international athletes, global media exposure and senior business leaders into the region.

It also strengthens ties between corporate investment and Australian athlete development pathways.
Local executives will gain direct exposure to performance systems typically reserved for elite sport.
What to look for next
The High-Performance in Business Summit will take place on March 20, 2026, ahead of the Gold Coast leg of the T100 Triathlon World Tour.
Attention will turn to how these measurable performance frameworks translate from race day to real-world business results.
