Police seek help to solve Crime Spree
Detectives are appealing for public assistance after a crime spree across Logan and the Gold Coast
Initial police investigations indicate that the spree started when a black Dodge Ram was stolen from Nerang sometime between 9pm on June 8 and 2am on June 9.
The vehicle was then used to raid to a newsagent in Holmview and tobacconists in Waterford West and Daisy Hill. The offenders stole tobacco products from the Daisy Hill Ridge shop.
A black BMW 320D which had been stolen from Helensvale on June 7 was also sighted at these incidents.
The Dodge Ram was also linked to attempted break-and-enters around 1.30am in Biggera Waters and around 2am in Surfers Paradise on June 9.
The Dodge Ram was located burnt out at around 5.30am in Kingston on June 9.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam vision in or around these areas at the time of the incidents to contact police.
