Teens charged over car thefts

Six teens were charged after two stolen vehicles were detected traveling from Logan to the Gold Coast on Monday March 24.

Around midnight, police began tracking a stolen Toyota Rav4 in Eagleby.

A tyre deflation device was successfully deployed, and the vehicle continued for some time before coming to a stop near Fryar Road.
