Marriott International has confirmed that a 122-room Luxury Collection Resort will open at the Marina Mirage site in 2027.
The global tourism leader also intends to open a Ritz Carlton hotel at the neighbouring Mariner’s Cove site, which is set to be transformed in $480 million development by Melbourne developers Ross Pelligra and Dion Giannarelli.

Not to be left out, Gordon Corp has also unveiled plans for Mantaray, which will comprise 24 luxury waterfront residences, luxury resort facilities, an exclusive private club lounge, restaurants, shops and a 64-berth marina.
