Two charged over petrol station raids
Queensland police say the burglars were targeting cigarettes.
Two men have been charged in relation to a spree of 14 break ins at petrol stations in Brisbane and the Gold Coast between August 30 to October 3.
Police investigated the series of raids on petrol stations across Ormiston, Rochedale, Browns Plains, Upper Coomera, Capalaba, Wishart, Eight Mile Plains, Underwood, Coopers Plains, Sunnybank, Runcorn, and Coomera.

The charges were laid after two men were arrested while attempting to break into a service station at Miami on October 14.
A 29-year-old Beenleigh man has now been charged with 14 counts of enter premise and commit and contravene requirement, one count each of receiving tainted property, stealing, attempted enter premises, possessing dangerous drugs, and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He was remanded in custody and are expected to reappear before Southport Magistrates Court on October 29.
And a 19-year-old Holmview man has also been charged with 14 counts of enter premise and commit and contravene requirement, two counts of attempted enter premises, one count each of receiving tainted property, stealing, and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He is expected to reappear before Southport Magistrates Court on November 12.
