Why It Matters: Many residents in Bonogin Valley, Springbrook, Tallebudgera Valley, and beyond faced over 10 days without power or phone reception, navigating floods and fallen trees while balancing work, parenting, and caregiving.
Despite being among the last to be reconnected, locals rallied together, proving the strength of community support.
