What’s Happening: A Brisbane man has started the New Year in style, winning a $13 million dream home at Burleigh Heads.
Why It Matters: Major prize home wins like this capture attention across Queensland, highlighting the growing popularity of art union competitions while showcasing some of the state’s most spectacular properties.
Zoom In: The winner, publicly known only as “Andrew,” first received tickets as a birthday gift from a friend and quickly bought more after seeing the prize.
He even drove down to Burleigh to admire the property from the beach.
The three-storey Dune at 30 Mount Street, Burleigh Heads, is a sculptural masterpiece that features panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is designed to take full advantage of the indoor-outdoor lifestyle the Queenslanders love.
